Terrible experience! Everything went wrong!
I delivered a vehicle on 5 June 2025 with the indication that the legalisation process would take around 20 working days. More than five months passed before the vehicle was delivered. Unnecessary and unsolicited services were performed, and the quality of service was consistently poor, particularly from Jérimo, who did not even bother to respond to numerous attempts to contact him by telephone and email, and who did not show up even when I went to the Importautos premises in person. Terrible experience! Mediocre service! At the end of the process, almost five months after it began, I spoke to Baptiste and the car was finally delivered with the legalisation completed. It only took four months longer than initially planned, which was entirely Importautos' fault.

Dear Mr. Pedro Soares,A real appologize is at its place in your case. I know you didn't experience the quality and service our customers normaly experience. Sometimes you have a project that doesn't run smoothly from the start. And then it proves very difficult to get out of the tunnel and reverse the process in time. Even though this is actually what should happen.Fortunately we got the right result at the end.
